To set the code on your new luggage: 1. Turn the dials to the correct combination (0-0-0). 2. Press down the button with a tool, set the new combination (e.g. 8-8-8), and pull the square part. 3. Lock the case again and you can now open it with the new combination.

To use the charging port on your suitcase: 1. Unzip the front pocket and locate the cable inside. 2. Charge it with a power bank. (The USB input works with USB output only) 3. Open the outside charge port, connect it with a cable, and then connect it to your phone.

The interior zipper of our luggage does not have zipper pulls to prevent any potential scratching or damage to your items. The absence of a key is intentional, as our TSA lock can be secured with a PIN code only.
